Can someone help verify the correct timing on my 91 Evinrude 150xp? The model is TE150SLEIE. The airbox says 28 BDC and the seloc manual I purchased says 17 at maximum. To make it even worse it was set at 32 when I did a check using the reeves method (crank speed with plugs out).
