I bought a SPDT Push-pull, off-on-on, Cole Hersee M-532BP switch to control the very basic lighting needs on my boat. To my amazement there was no diagram or hookup info included with the switch. I would appreciate someone's help in determining what goes where on the switch. I want the lights to run through a fuse block mounted under the dash. In that case do the Pos. leads from the lights go through the switch or fuse block first? I have a red and green bow light, a white anchor light and five gauge lights. (Gauge lights are all tied together).
I'm looking for just the basic hookup: 1st position = anchor only: 2nd position = everything. Here is the particulars of the switch.
The switch has 4 terminals, marked B, A, R and H. Using a ohm meter I've determined the following.
1. In the full in/off position there is no circuits formed between any of the terminals including the case itself.
2. In the 1st position: B, R and A are all connected together.
3. In the 2nd position: B, R and H are all connected together.
I appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks, Rick
