Okay this is pretty easy. For the live well switch, simply take a positive voltage wire from the fuse or circuit breaker to the center terminal of the live well toggle switch and the other terminal goes to the live well pump. And when you flip the switch on, power then goes to the live well pump. The ground wire from the pump goes to the battery ground or negative buss bar.
For the Navigation setup, again connect a positive voltage wire from a fuse or circuit breaker to the left center terminal of the switch. Then the top left terminal wire goes to the Red and Green front light on the bow. The bottom left terminal wire goes to the rear Anchor white light. The ground wires from those lights goes to the battery negative terminal or the negative buss bar as well. That should get you going...
