Trim on my 2015 90HP mercury outboard goes down but not up. Already replaced both relays and no change. Last winter when I winterized the boat (2016 Sweetwater Pontoon Boat) I removed the battery for storage and trickle charging and reinstalled it this spring - everything works fine except trim up. Motor only has 35 total hours on it. Any suggestions?
