If I remember correctly there is a Hole on the starboard (right) side on the transom bracket. In there you will see a slotted screw which you can loosen and manual lift the outboard up/down. Turn it just enough to raise/lower your outboard.
JUST LOOSEN IT, DO NOT REMOVE THE SCREW
There is NO switch that you need to turn off/on to make this work.
Just remember to close this screw once you have fixed the electrical problem,as the T/T unit will not raise/lower the outboard with this open.
