help with an old evinrude boat.

my dad has had this old evinrude boat sitting in the grage for 2 years now with no luck on getting it to fire. i am looking for parts to fix it myself but i cannot find anything about it.
the model number is du 11-am
the sn is j0010438.
i would really like to be able to get this boat going for him.
if anybody knows any common problems please feel free to contact me about them.

it is on a metal tag on the boat in the engine compatrment

Try to find us a model number for the engine, Steve. We need that to be able to help. I am suspecting that you have one of those OMC boats that used an Evinrude powerhead in an inboard/outdrive configuration. If we can ID the powerhead we can help you get it fixed.

Pix would also help a lot.

i found a boat online that looks exactly like the boat my dad has. according to another search i did it turns out to be a 1964 evinrude sweet '16 with an 88 hp johnson sterndrive and an omc stinger.
we have cleaned the points and put a new timing chain on the boat. all 4 cylinders seem to have around 115 psi on the compression. we noticed that the stinger and prop both still have the original paint on them with no wear or fading. i dont have any of my own pictures on my pc at the moment but i can post the ones i found on here for reference. i might need to move my post to a different thread now that i am looking for possible solutions to get this boat to fire.
The last time we messed with it we were getting spark all the way to the plugs while they were out of the motor but when we put them back in nothing
