Help with axle replacement

Looking to figure out which axle I need to buy for a replacement.

I am trying to make this trailer as worry free as possible. I was going to do bearings, seals, etc. but signs of rust the brakes no longer work and are gutted. I want to just replace it with a standard 3500# axle. These are the measurements I pulled but I’m having trouble finding anything online. It’s a Karavan trailer. Unless I have something super special here I assume my measurements are wrong.

I know I didn’t measure it perfectly on the hub face but with rust and stuff it was difficult to get it perfectly straight.

After doing some more research it seems like my hub face measurement is 92 inches and center of springs would be 76in.

I can’t seem to find anything in this size readily available online. I can find 93in hub face but spring perches would have to be welded not a big deal.

Any suggestions?
