Help with fabricating aluminum windshield.

Hi All, I have a Crestliner deck boat that'd Id like to fabricate a dual console windshield for. I'd like to make something like what's on the new Crestliner Commander (pic below). Kind of what you see on those heavy duty alaskan aluminum boats. I'm confident in making the frame, but know nothing on how to attach a glass pane to the cutout in the aluminum sheet. Does anyone know where to purchase the rubber surround that holds the glass in place, as shown in the pics? I appreciate any info!

Make the glass with a 1/4" gap around the opening for the H-seal.

Easy peasy
