Help with Greasing the Outdrive

I am wanting to make sure that I got all the zerk fittings last fall. I have a 1969 starcraft with the 120hp mercruiser.

I hit all the zerk fittings on the outside of the outdrive. What I would like to know is if there are any zerk fittings that I missed.

Any help is appreciated.

By the way, I did look in the adults only and could not find any reference to my boat.

Thanks

You should pull the drive, grese the u- joints, check the bellows, change the impeller also. And check the gimble bearing for roughness, changeout the gear oil.

Just look for any that aren't broken. As the nipples are stainless steel and harder than the aluminium housing, then it's likely you broke the housing and not the nipple. So a new housing is what you're going to need.

In future I would suggest you apply grease the the nipples rather than hitting them.

ALTERNATIVE ANSWER

By definition, if you have greased all of them, then no, you haven't missed any....

Maybe you'd like to re-phrase your question....
