Help with Masercraft Xstar

I have just purchased a 2001 Mastercraft X star. It has hard tanks in the stern and a bag in the center. The pumps are running but I can not get water to pump in. I have turned the valves in the back to open. i have tried it sitting still, slowly backing and slowly moving forward. Any ideas ?

You could try teamtalk on Mastercraft's site or WakeWorld and get pretty specific info on that problem. It might be the impellers on the pumps that have died but I'm not sure.

my sup air nautique has a master seacock for the ballast system as well as individual one for the tanks. maybe yours has something similar that you have overlooked? just a guess.
