I have a 4 hp long shaft Suzuki that is silver with black decals. Number on the tag is DT4 model and serial number is 00402 (this number isn't stamped on) (617198 stamped on tag) Can someone tell me the year?

And it can not be a 1976 since they have a year letter, B, (B=1976) in serial nr.<br /><br />/Bo
