help with onbard charger

I have a 1996 Ranger R70. I have owned the boat for 6 months or so. I have always plugged it up upon arriving home from an excursion. This time when plugging up I noticed the light on the third (10 x 3 Charging Systems International) bank do not light up at all. Would that mean my battery is no good or is the charger not functioning properly? The other two banks are charging fine.
I have searched online for manuals with no luck. I am fairly certain Dual Pro bought CSI, but, they don't have any manuals available either. Any help would be great.

I would check to see if bank three has an in-line fuse, check it and if good check connections to battery. If connections are good, I would remove bank two from battery two and then hook bank three to battery two. If problem is still there, I would suspect bad charger-bank three.

Also, check to make sure it is not an indication problem (charger light defective). Hook bank three to a partially discharged battery and measure the voltage output. Charger may be charging fine just has a bad indication circuit.

Re: help with onbard charger

OK, I haven't been able to get out there and make the "switcharoo" happen with the batteries and charging banks due to little league select baseball practice. However, I did check with the batter with my meter yesterday. The battery read 0 volts or very little voltage. When I plugged the charger in and measured the voltage it read over 13 volts. So I think the battery is just not good anymore. I still need to do the simple checks like making sure there is water in the darn battery!!
