Cant read numbers on hub bit looks like someone has stamped numbers on it refering to the 023 pitch maybe?
84 sea ray 210 cuddy 3350lb 5.7 stroker carbed, alpha1, 5000 rpm max 38mph light load me & 1 passenger & 20gal gas.

23p at 5000 rpm seems like alot of prop & the mph would be much higher? Im not sure the stamp on the side 230 is actually pitch and the hub is no longer legible.

Normally the Hand stamping like that are done when it goes to the prop shop for rework or repitching . Probably only way to tell is to put it in a pitch block, maybe side by side comparisons vs other black max type props sitting on the shelf. With a pressed in hub you can tell that prop has some miles on it

Took that prop with me to work & used the blast cabinet and cleaned up the hub and the number is legible...turns oit its a 14.5 × 17 now the rpm & speed make sense!

That is an Old Prop, it looks likes an Uncupped Prop, and has been rebuilt at least twice
