I have a 1986 Evinrude 15 with electric start. I want to connect the remote cables and already have the shift connector for the motor. I know I can purchase the entire kit (0398032) but was hoping someone else figured a (cheaper) 
way to connect the throttle cable to the motor. My kill switch is at the end of the tiller so I don't need to relocate it and I have the simplex controller. Thanks!
