Howdy Tex
Hate to say this bud, you're going to need a manual.
***I'm presuming you have no spark at any cylinder, correct? Is your lanyard flicked by chance? If not, continue....

>first, try disconnecting the kill wire at the packs.(black/yellow) if you have a grounded kill circuit, you'll have no spark.
>then check all grounds, plugs and harnesses for breaks, corrosion and tightness.
>try for spark with rectifier or regulator disconnected
>then check the charge stator voltage
>then check the trigger voltage
>if all above checks OK, suspect the packs

*to do the above voltage checks, you'll need a peak reading adapter
*I wouldn't be concerned about the coils you described, as all 4 won't fail at once...if they did you better buy some lotto tickets...LOL

good luck :)

An emergency kill switch that can be tethered to your body. Usually resides in the controll box. (have a good look at the control box)

TEX YOU SAID YOU HAD REMOVED THE IGNITION COMPONENTS IF SO PUT THEM BACK.THEY HAVE TO BE ON THE MOTOR TO CHECK THEM.YOU MAY BE BETTER OFF TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALER MOST OF THE IGNITION COMPONENTS ARE NOT THAT EXPENSIVE ALONE, BUT WHEN YOU GO TO REEPLACING UNNECESSARY PARTS THAT CAN BE A DIFFERENT STORY.BUT IF I WAS GOING TO GAMBLE AND DO IT ANYWAY WITH OUT KNOWING WHICH ONE IS BAD I WOULD GO WITH THE POWER PACK .BUT STILL CHECK KILL LANYARD FIRST LIKE SCHEMATIC SAID.

Hello again TEX;
I tried to talk you thru this in your first post follow my advice, Schematics, but if you can't understand either of these then I think that I would follow Capt. blacks for sure.
Yes it's possible for the magnets to go bad but very unlickly.
Hope that you get it fixed before the fish start spawning.
