Help with tilt /trim King pin removal

Cannot get the King pin to budge removed the
Kotter pin tried to tap it with 3 lb hammer several
Times with pbblast soaking still no movement
Any help would be great trying to ready for fall striper but cannot get trim ram out its 96 force Mercury 70
