Re: HELP!!!!!!!

You've got all three things to make it run. Check for a sheared flywheel woodruff key. Maybe your spark is at the wrong time. If you take off the flywheel nut you should be able to see the key without pulling the flywheel

Re: HELP!!!!!!!

Does that motor have one coil pack I cannot remeber the year they went to four. If so the last time I ran into kinda that problem where the flywheel key was sheared I found alot of metal shaving in the distributor under the Fly wheel that caused a lot of problems and along time to find.

Re: HELP!!!!!!!

When fuel pour out your carbs, the float is stuck and mean very dirty carbs, all you need to do is clean them out properly, soak in carb cleaner for 24hrs then blow with compressed air ....

Re: HELP!!!!!!!

her are some pix of the remaining pieces of my carb kit(s).i know about the metal plugs but what im unsure of is the white plastic caps and roll pins.the carbs are pooring gas out and wonder if the plastic pieces not being in there is the problem.by the wat the new needles were a bit longer than the old and the new also have a grove for the retaining spring. old setup had neither.

Re: HELP!!!!!!!

are those the pins that hinge the floats? if so and you did not re-use the old ones thats why the fuel is running out
