1989 Johnson GT 150. Hard to start cold. I push the key in to set the choke, raise the cold idle throttle lever. Pump the bulb and have gas to the engine. After about 10 minutes of cranking it will finaly fire but takes a few more minutes of cranking to finaly start. After about 5 or minutes of trying to get it started I can start to smell gas. After it starts and warms up, it fires up as soon as you turn the key. I've pulled the plugs and they aren't fouled. It runs a little rough at idle in gear but runs like a champ with any amount of throttle above idle. I'm used to working on EMD 16-645's so this is a little different. I'm sure somebody has had this trouble, point me in the right direction, please.
