just recently had the carbs adjusted and cleaned and also put new champion plugs in it, it is a 74 evinrude 75Hp, it will bogg down like after throttle is applied never will get up to plain and engine sound like it is running at half throttle... had the same problem before the carbs were cleaned. it worked fine for about two weeks and now i am having the same problem.. it will run good some times but not often... someone said that it sounded like the coil was going bad but i dont know if you could help please do thanks 1BassFisherman

You said "just recently had the carbs adjusted and cleaned". Did you do it or did you have a shop do it? If a shop I would take it back as your symptoms are like crud in the carbs. If it ran OK for a couple of weeks after a carb rebuild you may have some junk somewhere in the fuel supply system that is getting to the carbs.
