If you've come across some helpful "how to" videos on YouTube or other sites, post up the links. I know I tend to learn much quiker when I see how its done first hand. I'm sure others do as well.

I have a Merc Alpha 1, and I'd like to see and impeller change, bellows, u-joints, gimble ect.
