Well I guess this boat restoration thing is contagious-this weekend my brother brought home a Chris Craft 210 Limited, sitting on an Eagle tandem axle trailer for $500.
Structurally, she is in good shape with a solid deck and transom.
Cosmetically however, well she has seen her better days. The vinyl is cracking and mildewed, carpet is stained, cuddy is mildewed, and the hull is faded. But I reckon its not anything some time and effort cant fix!
My brother and his wife, uh I mean girlfriend
plan on tackling the upholstery themselves so that could really help the strain on the wallet.
The PO was in the process of pulling the motor when he decided to put it up for sale so we plan on pulling the motor on out and dropping a new one in.
He was also thinking of a new paint scheme so any suggestions would be appreciated!
I will try and keep everyone updated on progress, as well as keep updated pics comin!
