Hesitation on a 2002 Yamaha F115

I have a 2002 F115 (four stroke fuel injection) that when it is throttle up it has a hesitation, it runs fine from mid to full range.
Cleaned the entire fuel system including the VST tank.
Fuel pressure with key on not running is 44-45
Fuel pressure at an idle is 37-38, but when I throttle it up the pressure increases to 45 miss fires then stalls.
Any ideas?

No alarms and do you mean a leak down test?

no cylinder drop, to test if the spark is there and the injectors are working

pull a plug at 1 at a time and listen for rpm drop
same with injectors
