Hey Clanton I finally got the allen screw out. I had to go buy a 10mm allen wrench. It has a spring with a small plunger in it. Back in it looks like a O-ring with a small hole the spring fits into. I tried to take it out but it didn't want to come out easily. Also when I remove relief valve there is two o-rings and when I look back in it it looks like another o-ring and a small round piece of metal. Any help appreciated. Thanks

The part that screwed out is the check valve, inside is a spring and plunger, the seal is on the end of the plunger. The end of the valve is steel, you remove the o-ring and use a blunt tool to pry the steel cap off, hot water helps. Replace the seal on the end of the plunger with a small o-ring, or al seal from Merc. I dont have the pn with me, and want be back home until Friday.

I put o-rings in and it still leaks down some but I found something I don't know what to do with it. I removed the release that lets you drop the engine without the pump and there is a little washer about 1/4 inch in diameter and it looks like a o-ring in the hole on it. I don't know how it goes and a little round piece of metal about the size of the washer, solid with no hole. What are they and what order do they go in? They were laying flat when I removed the relief valve. I have a manual but it doesn't show a break down of the pump.

Do you have a Clymer manual?

Yes I do have a Clymer Manual but it doesn't go into any detail or supply a break down on this pump. Is there a place I can go to on the internet and see an break down on this pump?

I'm working on a Suzuki DT 115 that has a pump you said was also used on some Force engines. It has a 10mm allen screw on the left and right side. It has a flat manual on the right side beside one of the 10mm screws and the four hydraulic lines are on the transom side of the pump.

You sent me a photo of pump right? I did not see the manual release valve in the photo. The seal may be bad on the manual release valve, not sure about that as I dont have any Suz manuals. If you replaced the seals on both of the check valves, then the manual release valve is next. Will try and borrow manual.

I tried to put a picture of the pump on here and it didn't add it.The 2 little pieces behind the valve on the left is what I don't know what they are or what order they go or the little rubber center in one of them. I'll attempt again to attach a picture.

Hey Superman, I have a Nissan, which has the same t/t motor as Suzuki; mine actually has 2 of the washers with the little rubber center and the soild round disk; they go in washer/solid piece/washer; I lost one of the washer type pieces and used a plain old s.s. washer of the same size. You will need a screwdriver or something to holdthem up while you get the plug in.

How can you hold it in and then put the plug in? <br />When I put them in they fall over sometimes. I don't know if they are in the right position and put the plug in.

I put a little t-n-t fluid on them and them stuck together; a dab of lithium grease should also work; you'll know if they fell over because the plug wont go all the way in; just takes a little patience and a lot of swearing !!!
