gm, I'm of the same mindset. I love my freedom and second amendment rights way to much to endanger either. The point I was trying to make was the "sale or transfer laws" pertaining to 80% builds seem almost impossible to enforce.
It is funny, I was involved in one of these conversations the other day with a friend of mine that works for the BATF and just in the small area that I live in, less than 100K in the whole valley, 20K in the town I live close to and there are 12 BATF agents that live here, so you never know who or where you will run into one of them, of course we have a very robust gun manufacturing industry here, at last count there were over 25 companies here that manufacture guns or parts for guns, 11 of those companies have contracts with the DOD. So around here, if you want to do bad things, there is a pretty good chance you are not going to get away with it!
