Hey Mod-lost my messages

I just passed 1000 posts,jumped up a rank but lost all my private messages...is this normal when you move up ? Thanks , ZZZZZ

no, but when you get 50 in there, you either have to delete some, or move them to a file. i have to clear mine every other day.
