I will be in St. Paul from the 13th-19th, think you could do me a favor and kick the heat up a bit. This will be the furtherest north I have ever been and I can assure you it will probably the coldest weather I have been in!!!  :D :D :D

Taz

Mako..don't forget your muffs, both upper and lower. Weather North is still mild compared to Jan. when the minus figures are routine...

Re: Hey Nuemanns

Mako240...We in the north usually don't start clambering bout the temp till it gets -10f. The past couple days have been above freezing and that's been toufgh on the snow, and most people prefer to have the snow. You kinda expect it and it toufgh on things when you don't have it. Funny you mention turn up the heat, I asked my wife to do just that this morning and she said it's not comming on. Boy that will get ya moving, all of a sudden the days plans got waylaid while I tracked down furnace parts. Nearest part was 90 miles so I went got it and installed it. By this afternoon the house was down to 58, boy that would have been a long night. Sure is good to hear that furnace humming in the background warming it back up.

Don't let these guys scare you, Youll want your boat sandels. You may need them for traction to get the car moving in the mornings.

The cities are just that, dont go there much except to pick people up at the airport but I do hope you enjoy your stay.

Re: Hey Nuemanns

Thanks for all the advice, from what I can see right now it will be pretty mild by northern standards so I don't think it will be too bad. I plan on wearing my upper and lower muffs and will wear my Beaver fur avaitor hat on the plane along with my matching coat. :p I will have to go back up in Feb. so that will give the real good weather time to kick in and I'll have more time to get the other items ya'll listed. :D :D :D
Nuemanns glad to hear you got the heat up and running, that sure isn't something you can do without up there. Thanks again!!!

Taz
