I just got a 1988 skeeter im 23 and my names corey.
Well a journey has begun I bought the boat the other day and the guy I bought it decided not to tell me the trasom was rotten. LOL. And the live wells and bilge pump that was working when I was there are not working now lol.Its got a 1997 merc 125 2 stroke on it and that if anything runs good.I got the boat for 2000.00 cash money.And its in the shop already having the transom recrafted I dont know how to do that.
So when I get it back in going to attempt to wire up the bilge pump and get it out on the water on my friends lake his dad owns.(Incase anything happens).
I took a good look at the wiring diagram on the electonic area. It seems easy enough Ive wired up some pretty large sound systems in my day.
My question is do I need some type of marine wiring or will anything work?
