I have an 85 200 Black Max, serial #A124938. Engine is running very rich, came from a lower altitude 5,500 feet to a high altitude 8500 feet. Engine smokes, idles high, bogs down when laying on the throttle. Current jets are as follows, Intermediate Jet .056, Main/Float Jet .078, Pilot/Air Jet .096. not sure what size that i should go to. Purchased boat from Denver and not sure how well it ran at 5500 '. Will be running at lower air temps, 50 f to about 80 f on the water at 8500 feet. need help to find out what size I should be running.

Dan- running rich

The manual for your engine should tell you. If you can supply the numbers off the carbs, someone could look it up in an aftermarket manual.

Main jet go smaller (less gas), idle jets go bigger (more air)

hope it helps
