I have an 88' xp200. It will start and run but it runs at a high idle around 2200rpm if my tach is right. it actually ran around 1200rpm and then the rpms shot up on it. When i try to shift into forward it shifts hard and stalls. What can I check?
Also is water supposed to come out of the taletell all the time or should it not come out until the thermostats open up? mine flows all the time when the motor is running.
