high speed loss, 50hp 4stroke 2001 mercury

50 hp 4 stroke 2001 mercury idles great, 2000 rpms runs smooth, on high speed cylinder number 2 not responding. Number 2 plug is good and getting good spark, compression is 150 on all cylinders. Suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Either high speed jet in that carb or valve problem that can be found with leak down test...
