HIN Number question

For some reason I cant upload pics. Anyway I have a new used boat. It says it was made in Giddings Texas and on the center console it has a name plate that has been rivited on that says Lone Star and the title says 1980. But in searching the internet I found a page that says Lone Star quit making boats in 1969. The VIN (HIN) is GCC007930280. Can anyone tell who made this boat and when?

If you google USCGMIC DATABASE it will bring up the area where you can enter the MIC which is the first three Letters (and or number combination) of most boats built post 1974 and it will also give a brief .......But so-so accurate explanation of the company
