Hit something hard. Damage to look for???

'I dunno what happened...was going along at about 30 knots just fine and it sounded like I hit something. What damage should I look for?'<br /><br />

If you see Newspaper headlines about a hit and run boat collision or hear of one on local radio, a lawyer might be a good idea to limit damage

From what I can tell in your picture, from 30 mph, your wallet will probably have the most damage.

I am kidding anyhow...I wish I had that kinda money to own this rig. <br /><br />This is a pic from the lake I wakeboard (taken 400 yrds from where we ride). The owner of it had a siezure or something. I did not see the crash as it happened, but the boat was run COMPLETELY aground. Witnesses say the guy was at WOT at impact. What you can't see very well in this pic is the GAPING hole in the hull. I was just trying to make a joke to get Monday rolling (notice the name on the side of the boat...probably better that this guy is off the lake anyhow)

The Pic is a good example of why alchohol and boating don't mix well. Like you said summit... the name on the side tells A LOT about the dude's character.
