Have a question. Did you drill entirely through the axle for these rollers?
Replacing mine and the holes are only slightly drilled ( blind hole)
I can not find the original hog rings(.177" thick) but can get a little bigger 3/16". But have a problem using the 3/16" hog ring.
Launched my boat and lost to rollers because the new washer with a 1-1/4" bore must have pulled over the old hog ring. When using the new washers which was supplied with the wheels the hog ring won't go into the axle for the wheel.
What did you use to keep the wheels on the shaft?

Hog rings are mostly used in the furniture/upholstery industry to attach fabrics to frames....a cotter pin should work fine...For saltwater use stainless steel....sorta like the one on a prop nut...

I found a business which did sell the correct parts for EZ Loader Wobble wheel rolls The hog rings are just a little smaller is size and gauge thickness than what all the other suppliers sell.
They are located in Slidell, La. - Champion Trailers.
