I am replacing the moter on my starcraft aluminum boat and the new moter dosent need the mounting holes that were used for the old engine. What is the best way for me to plug these holes. Would it be best if I use marine sealant and the old mounting bolts or should I just fill the holes with sealant?
Kind Regards

You'll probably get a few different opinions on this, to me the idea of using 3M 5200 and the old mounting bolts sounds good.

I would use 3m 4200 and the old bolts.
4200 would allow you to remove the bolts in the future, if the need arrises.
