Holley Question

I have a 76' Searay with a 351 Ford/OMC. Had it about 2 years and last weekend noticed an interesting thing about the carb. There is a fitting coming out of the carb by the electric choke that has vacumn but is not plugged or connected to anything, it's just pulling air all the time. The boat runs great but I assume this should either be connected to something or get plugged. On a car I have this fitting is connected to the top of the carb with a rubber hose but the boat carb has nothing to connect to. Should I plug it?

ShipRec,<br /><br />It sounds like the port for PCV (automotive).<br /><br />It won't hurt to plug it and see if it effects anything.
