Home Grown T-Top design?

Is their some one out there that has successfully built a home grown T-top? if so, would you be interested in sharing your design and or hints/tricks to making a successful T-Top setup?

I have a 20ft Center console and would rather not spend the $$ on a bimini top, but rather a permanent solution like a T-top.

As you know these T-tops can be extremely expensive and it looks like a good winter project to try create something.

Does anyone think its possible?? any insight would be helpful.

Not exactly a T-top,.....
But a Home-grown, Handbuilt by Me Semi-Rigid Bimini............

Welded out of Scrap Aluminum,+ a piece of Surplus NATO Tent material for a covering,.....

The Windows I didn't build myself,...... I designed them,+ my Love's Sister, an Upholsterer, did the actual construction of the panels,...... I hung them,+ added the fasteners......

It's Entirely Possible,........
