Home Made DVA Adapter?

I've been searching the fourms and there should be a file in the Top Secret Files on how to make a Direct Voltage Adapter, but I can't find it. Can someone give me the link to that page. My 50hp Johnson is acting up and I want diagnose it.

Thanks reload, I've been on that page - the discussion is over my head, there's talk of different capacitors & resistors used & links to other pages. I thought someone had condensed on a new page with a list of materials needed and maybe a couple of photos. I'll look at it again tomorrow & try to figure it out. :joyous:
