Honda 20 carb clean ?

Hi I just found this site and have read some past posts on hard cold start and gunky carbs.
I think my 2007 may have trash in the low speed jet, it ran fine at speed but as soon as I slowed down it did not want to idle.
Back home and in a tank I ran it with seafoam in the fuel and it seemed to help but now it is hard to start.

I am fairly handy with small engines, is there any thing I could try, or any shop manuals online. I read one thread where a guy talked of taking the off and degunking it, would that be practical?

as with all projects ,a 40 dollar manual will be on heck of a good investment.
