Honda 50 Smoking

I recently obtained a Model BF50A 4 stroke honda outboard approx 1996-1997.
I have started the motor up and performed a compression test 104, 90, 104
Manual says they need to be within 25% so they are well within specs. I performed the tune up per my service manual.
The motor seems to run fine but puts out white smoke at the prop.

Where should I look next?

No Honda expert by any means but 25% differential seems really excessive. White smoke could be steam. Head gasket could well be suspect.

Actually 25% seemed a lot to me as well but this motor is maybe 12% so Im thinking its good. I guess the only way to know about the head gasket is to tear it down?

Steam out your exhaust will dissipate quickly. Small puff at idle that will dissipate before it trails away like smoke does.
Sure way to tell if the head gasket is leaking is to pull all the spark plugs and peek in with a flash light. One by one move the pistons to TDC so you can get a good look at each one. Compare one cylinder to another, they should be more or less the same colour. A leaky head gasket will steam clean the combustion chamber of that cylinder, removing all carbon and deposits from the piston. Pistons should not be shiny like new, unless they actually are new or there is water in the combustion chamber.
I hope this helps.
