Honda BF 9.9 Carb problem

I have a 98 BF 9.9 (converted to 15) that won't take gas. It starts and idles great but when the throttle is opened it just bogs down and stalls. It starts to rev then sounds just like you would expect if it ran out of fuel with throttle open. No back fire or missing. I have cleaned the carb several times and can't see any problem. Fuel pump seems to be delivering plenty of fuel . Carb adjusted 1 5/8 turns from closed., per manual for 15, but changing don't help. It's got be stumped, anyone have a suggestion?

Check for air leaks in the supply hose, Then check the supply hose for air leaks, they are the number one problem with a wide range of problems. Got a problem? Check for air leaks!!!!!!!
