Honda BF15 performance issues (HELP PLEASE)

Hello guys, I need your help:

my Honda BF15 2003 is loosing its performance after 3-5 mins of drive. (on full power> throttle is slower and slower in few minutes, some dust goes to water, sparkplugs became dirty...

I have cleaned carb, replaced all filters, oil, (as suggested in forums)...but nothing helps...
I have paid 200 EUR for service hours, they said that is an issue with mixing air&gas in carb... than it goes for 5 hours extremely well and again I have same issue...

I have also replaced new sparkplugs and they are dirty after short drive...

Guys help please... I have spent lot of time searching for exact answer and paid a lot for service... I have to do it by myself this time to save some money...

POSSIBLY FUEL STARVATION...MAKE SURE YOUR GAS TANK IS VENTED AND YOUR FUEL LINE IS NOT STARTING TO COLLAPSE AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF RUNNING..caps off ..sorry ...regards,Bob

Hello Bob, thanks> this is not an issue... It drinks a lot of petrol also... more than when was ok...

Or as thermostat that is stuck open. Would cause plug fouling, etc., as you describe, since the motor never gets quite up to temperature.
