Honda BF150D internal anodes

Hi,

My maintenance manual says to check/grease the internal anodes on my 2023 BF150D. It doesn’t give the locations or how many there are. I know of the two that are easy to access on the starboard side of the motor. Are there only 2 on this motor or are there others as well?

When it says to grease them, does it just mean the screws? It would seem counter intuitive to grease the anode itself.

The anodes are made of a sacrificial
material that helps to protect the
outboard motor from corrosion.

There are two anodes on the gear
case, one on the stern bracket and two
small anodes in the water passages of
the engine block.
