Honda BF2 - older or newer than 2001 or 2005?

I've got a Honda BF2 auxilary here which has no serial number on it (the plate is missing).




Any idea what sort of year it is? I ask as I'm looking at purchasing a repair manual for it, and the Seloc and Clymer ones only go to 2001 or 2005, so I need to determine if the motor is within this year range or not...

Honda also puts a serial number on their engine blocks(stamped on front of block)...find that and post it
