honda bf7.5

i have a honda bf7.5 its a great motor but the water will not pump through the motor only at high rpms and the impeller looks really good any advice

If Im reading that right, It only pumps at high RPM.
Replace the impeller and housing.

i have taken it all apart and the impeller will pump off the motor and the water does good i wonder if there is a loss between the foot and the motor
