hi, need some help on a honda 2.3... someone tells me this engine is air cooled, but does have an Impeller for exhaust cooling water - therefore don't ever run it out of water as you will damage the pump and run the risk of wrecking the lower unit?????? is this the case.. and do the clutch shoes wear out if so how many hours & where are they? thanks for you time.......
