i have honda 35 hp 4 stroke, this motor has no power at full throttle checked plugs they are white at the tips prop is not bent any info much app.

White on the plugs generally idicates water entering the cylinders.Do a general health check on this engine.Compression,to rule out a blown head gasket,a very good fuel sample to rule out water in your fuel,which by the way,is probably where you are,and an ignition output test.
