honda outbord BF150A , start problem

hello

My dual engines are new , before launching , while testing , the left engine starts once I turn the master switch from the off position while the key switch is not even on , not inserted . I disconnected completely the ignition switch from the panel , and still the engine start once I turn the master switch .

Please I appreciate any explanation .

Not : the engine is 2011 Honda 4 stroke BF 150 A

Who rigged the engines? They are new, so they are under warranty. Take it back to whom ever rigger it and tell them fix it.

thanks , the boat is in a remote place and can not tow it . and i am always determined to fix puzzles like these .
