Honda tilt and trim problem

Since this forum has been so helpful in solving my previous problems, I figured I'd give it another try. My Honda 90 has started making a sqealing noise when I lower it in the drive position. Raising it and lowering it in the trailering position sounds and works fine, and even raising it in the drive (all the way down) position is ok, but although it works, it makes a god-awful noise when going from the bottom of trailer position to fully trimmed down. Any suggestions??
