hooking up distress on vhs radio

i have a uniden solara dsc vhfand i want to hook up to my garmin 440s . on vhf it says green wire is gps data in . what i need to know is what wire on the garmin do i need to hook it to. thanks for any help.

You need to look in your Garmin manual- you have it, right?
When I wired mine (Garmin GPS to Raytheon VHF) it was very confusing, but the manual told me which wire did each function and I was able to deduce how it had to be hooked up.
