Horn on a 1995 Bayliner 1800 Capri LS ob

I tried this on a different topic but no responses. The horns not working on my bowrider. I can't reach it to test for power when switched. I have power at the switch. How do I get at it? Thanks.

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... Donno where it is, but somebody put it there, so there's Gotta be a way to get to it,...

You can't reach it? Isn't it under the helm towards the front?

If I take out the forward cupholder I can get at it. I am getting power to it through the switch so I think the horn is bad. I don't know how the slotted plastic cover comes off to get at the mounting bolts. I really don't want to break the cover.

I think I got test light on both sides. Wound it up for the day and have had too many brews to remember. I'll test again tomorrow and get back.
